I'm not new to PC at all. I've even had two other sites hosted of Geocities! Blossombee and Jellybee were their names! I was about 8 or 9 when I created them..I would say they weren't half bad! Neither was very successful I don't think but I gained great experiance of owning and running a site with HTML. I've never actually owned a site that didn't require HTML like some sites today!
Jellybee was eventually hosted by a girl named Barbie of DoggieSlobber..but that's ancient history..Jellybee was eventually abandoned and years later I created Tibber.
This site has had two names. Originally Tibber, the site soon took off on May 28th, 2008! At the time of it's original opening I couldn't make layouts and was hosted of that naasty Geocities. Soon after Tibber opened it's doors though, Ashlie of Aerieswings graciously offered to host Tibber on July 29th of the same year! Perhaps she saw it's potential? I don't know but we were hosted and couldn't be happier!
The name Fred came onto the scene in November of the same year. I had grown tired of the name Tibber and just didn't look very good in my eyes. Thus I looked up names! Frank, Edward, Ron, Sally and Nina were all options but I stuck with something simple..and simple it was! Fred was born.

Fun Facts!

Tibber was originally spelled with one B! But to lessen confusion on pronunciation I added a B!

Tibber is named after a cat named Tiber! Though Tiber never became the mascot of the site.

Sabrina the Maine Coon can be seen on most of Fred's layouts, she's a mascot of sorts!

Fred was almost named Frank! Thinking back, Frank is a good name AND word. ;)

Believe it or not, Fred is co-owned by Meghan..though she doesn't update often!
